Core Rules
The October errata clarifies Vantage cover, when a Fight ends, and several interrupted-action timing questions.
Vantage and ramparts
When an operative on Vantage is targeted from below, a rampart above the targeting line and within the target's control range intervenes. The new examples distinguish when this produces Light or Heavy cover.
Ending a Fight
Resolving attack dice ends when either player has no successes left or either operative in the fight is incapacitated. Incapacitated operatives are then removed.
Activation timing
If a rule interrupts or cancels an activation attempt, assign the operative's order after that rule finishes. Rules that resolve after an activation can still resolve after the final activation of a turning point.
Interrupted actions
Becoming injured during an interruption does not reduce the move allowance of the action already in progress. An after-action interrupt can resolve between the actions in a compound action and after the final action of an activation.

Sweep & Clear and Dominate
The two Seek & Destroy Tac Ops have revised scoring rules. Their reveal conditions are unchanged.
Sweep & Clear
A contested objective becomes swept when the contesting enemy is incapacitated, lasting until the next Strategy phase's Ready step. Clear is now a 1AP action that marks a controlled objective as cleared for the turning point, but not in turning point one or within enemy control range. From turning points two to four, the centre or enemy objective scores 1VP when cleared and uncontested, or 2VP if also swept; controlling any swept objective separately scores 1VP. The limit remains 2VP per turning point.
Dominate
An enemy incapacitation gives the responsible friendly operative one Dominate token, or two when the enemy has a Wounds stat of 12 or more. At the end of turning points three and four, only tokens held by surviving friendly operatives still in the killzone can be exchanged for 1VP each. The limit is now 3VP per turning point.

Movement clarification
Universal Equipment
The October change is a ladder clarification; it does not rebalance universal-equipment stats or cards.
Ladders
The reduced vertical distance applies only when the ladder stays within the climbing operative's control range for the entire climb. Once the ladder leaves that control range, the operative cannot continue the same climb while retaining the ladder reduction.

Published-source caveat
Killzone: Tomb World
Games Workshop's October article says Tomb World wall-cover exceptions were removed so every part of a wall behaves like ordinary terrain.
Wall cover
The article says the former special cases around pillars and wall segments no longer apply. The full-page cover diagram associated with those exceptions was also removed from the revision described by Games Workshop.
Breach action
The current document repeats the restriction that Breach cannot cost less than 2AP in an activation or counteraction in which the operative Charges or Shoots, or vice versa. The duplicate wording does not create an additional effect.
